Our thoughtfully designed space embodies Nordic minimalism without sacrificing comfort—fully equipped kitchen, premium memory foam mattresses, and tasteful, modern furnishings throughout. 3 bedrooms + loft, 3 full bathrooms: - master bedroom features a queen-size bed - second bedroom features a full-size bed - basement bedroom has a bunk with a twin XL over a queen and a twin trundle pull out - the loft bedroom is equipped with a trundle bed (full-sized bed + twin-sized pull out) and another full-sized convertible sofa bed. The luxury memory foam mattresses ensure that everyone enjoys a cozy night of sleep. Guest Access
You'll have exclusive access to the entire property, including: - The unique yurt-inspired structure - Expansive front deck - Outdoor dining area - Hot tub - Parking for approximately 4 vehicles As typical on the mountain the driveway is extremely steep, always use your emergency break. In the winter, we highly recommend 4WD vehicles for parking in the driveway. Rock salt will be stored in the mudroom for guest use. There is no street parking (no tires touching the street), security will come by and will tow. You can use the overflow lot 2 mins away by the MPOA Swimming Pool at 4005 Peak Drive. There are 3 exterior security cameras for guest safety - one by the EV charger, the doorbell camera, and one on the basement door.
